Digitizing: The Key To Successful Embroidery
The key to successful embroidery is the digitizing. Many of you who have dealt with other embroidery companies have often been upset or shocked to see how the quality can vary from company to company. Many out there today often send their digitizing work out overseas to save a few dollars, but in return get very poor quality digitizing, which means poor quality apparel in the end.
At Top 2 Bottom we have 20 years digitizing experience and use the latest technology of Pulse and Proel software to provide our embroidery department with the best tapes possible for production.
Top 2 Bottom Pricing
Most logos will fall under the price category of $6.00 per thousand stitches. However, logos that have heavy amounts of stitches of fine detail, blending colors, or large amounts of custom lettering could be as high as $10.00 per thousand. You can always send your art for a free logo evaluation. Once your art is received, one of our expert staff will contact you to give you an estimate of the digitizing cost and stitch count. We will also advise you of any important problems we foresee.
To ensure the best quality, you can submit your art in either a high resolution JPEG (300DPI), BITMAP, TIFF, AI, or EPS formats. Always remember that the cleaner the art supplied, the better the logo will look.
Art that is supplied from either fax, matchbook cover, hand drawn, or letterhead is considered of poor quality and may be subject to art recreation fee from our graphics department. If this service is required, there will be a fee of $50.00 per hour. Our staff will inform you ahead of time if this will be required and what the charges will be
Contract embroidery projects are usually shipped within 7-10 business days after the digitizing has been approved, unless prior arrangements have been made.
